Although swirling reports suggest Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene are dating, the two are not romantically involved. Clearing out the rumors, a well-placed source told Just Jared, "Joe and Ashley hung out a few times but they're just friends."

The source further revealed that a romance between Joe and Ashley might not be even possible because the Alice Cullen of "Twilight" movie series has landed her heart on another man. "Ashley has been dating [actor] Brock Kelly," the source claimed.

However, a second source admitted that Joe was indeed attracted to Ashley. The source opened up, "Joe has been trying to date Ashley for awhile now, but it looks like it's never going to work out for him."

Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene were first reported dating after News of the World caught the two having a secret date in London's most exclusive restaurant The Ivy, last week. A source told the site, "They had a very romantic night at The Ivy," adding "They looked like a lovely couple."

Meanwhile, back on June 26, Ashley, who previously dated Chace Crawford and Jared Followill from Kings of Leon, was spotted getting intimate with alleged lover Brock Kelly as she left an apartment building in Los Angeles. The pair was snapped cuddling and lip locking.
