"In My Head" is taken from Jason's first studio album "Jason Derulo" which is due in March. When opening for Lady GaGa in St. Louis, he revealed inspiration behind the song. He stated that it was written around a one night stand he had encountered while staying in the state.

Jason Derulo has been serving for Lady GaGa's main supporting act since mid December 2009 after Kid Cudi decided to leave her tour due to scheduling conflict. He will next be seen opening for her during a charity concert on January 24 in New York City. All proceeds from the NYC gig will be donated to support Haitian earthquake victims.
