Less than a week before "The Book of Eli" hits theaters, Warner Bros. Pictures has teased audience by dropping some new clips. Sharing different scenes, most of the videos feature lead actor Denzel Washington who stars as the major character, Eli.

In this post-apocalyptic drama film, Eli is described as lone warrior who is destined to save humanity. He guards a mysterious book which provides knowledge that could redeem society. Making his way across the desolate wasteland of near-future America, he faces challenge as the despot of a small makeshift town is determined to take possession of the book.

Joining Denzel Washington in the cast ensemble are Mila Kunis who plays Solara, Gary Oldman who stars as villain Carnegie, and Jennifer Beals who takes the role of the blind concubine of Carnegie and mother of Solara. Directed by Allen Hughes and Albert Hughes, this thriller will be released in the U.S. on January 15.
