In its behind-the-scene footage, Alicia Keys explains the concept of "Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart" music video which was shot in late October. "It basically pictures the movie 'Hancock' or the character Rogue from 'X-Men' and the way that they have an incredible power that is a blessing but also their curse," she says.

Like John Hancock, Alicia will portray a loner who couldn't be with the person she loves. She will be narrated as a woman who has a healing ability which prevents her to touch anyone because she, like Rogue, will involuntarily absorb the physical strength of the person she touches.

"Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart" is produced by Jeff Bhasker and picked up as the second single from Alicia's new album "The Element of Freedom" which is due for December 15 U.S. release. Its music video is directed by Syndrome and hasn't had any premiere date.
