Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom Not Legally Married, Working on Pre-Nup
Celebrity

The newlyweds are expected to sign pre-nuptial agreement in the "next several weeks" as the basketball star has had a meeting with a lawyer last week.

AceShowbiz - Words won't go away that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's recent wedding is not legal despite the fact that the newlyweds have confirmed they are formally married. And new claims have just been dropped by Radar Online and TMZ, not only Khloe and Lamar are not legally married, but also they are in the very early stage of hashing out a pre-nuptial agreement.

The reality TV star and basketball player have not yet signed the documents needed to make them recognized legally as husband and wife in the state of California as "neither side has set forth to the opposing side things to be included in the pre-nup," a source close to Lamar tells Radar Online. "They are only in the beginning stages of talks, but everything is moving forward, with no red flags from either Khloe or Lamar."

Lamar and Khloe, still according to the source, are expected to sign pre-nup in the "next several weeks." Lawyers for the pair haven't returned calls seeking for comment though.

In the meantime, TMZ reports Lamar has gone to the Beverly Hills law office of famous lawyer Neal Hersh last Friday, October 2 to hash out possible terms of the pre-nup. The NBA star's camp informs the site "Lamar wants to make sure the money and other assets he brings into the marriage are solely his" and won't give Khloe "half of his earnings going forward." No comment is made just yet by Neal regarding the report.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have been dating for just about a month when they tied the knot in a ceremony held on the grounds of the home of music mogul Irving Azoff, a family friend, in Beverly Hills on September 27. Sisters Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian served as her bridesmaids.
