House may be sick but he hasn't lost the nastiness. In the new clip released in promotion of "House M.D." season 6, House is taking advice from the doctor to do some human interaction with the other residents of Mayfield Psychiatic Hospital. He bullies a claustrophobic and anorexic patients among others by pinching on their weaknesses.

The sixth season is premiered on September 21. It picks up right where season 5 left off, chronicling House's experience at the psychiatric hospital after he is diagnosed with hallucination problems. One of the things that he imagined was making love to Cuddy. In its scoop EW said that Cuddy discovers this fact and "confronts him" because "she wants to know where all that stands."

Another footage has been released in advance of the premiere, this time a behind the scene look to the construction of the psychiatric hospital set. Production designer Jeremy Cassels and set decorator Natali Pope take viewers into the world of designing from creating the blueprint and the miniature to building the actual set.
