Four fresh images from 'Beastly' have been released, giving first looks at Vanessa Hudgens' Linda Taylor as well as featuring previously introduced Alex Pettyfer's Kyle Kingson.

New stills from Daniel Barnz's "Beastly" have been revealed. These four fresh images released by CBS Films give first looks at female leading character Vanessa Hudgens' Linda Taylor as well as another take at Alex Pettyfer's Kyle Kingson. Unlike previous images which also gave out the beastly form of Kingson, the new pictures only present the leading character in his human appearance.
From all of the new images, only one picture captures the two main characters, Taylor and Kingson, together as they chat close by what seems to be a bar. Another photo features Taylor wearing a flowery scarf. Meanwhile, Kingson is displayed in the other two new images, one of which exposes him baring his chest.
"Beastly" is a modern fairytale film based on Alex Flinn's young-adult novel of the same title. Set in Manhattan, the movie has begun its shooting in Montreal on June 13. Joining Vanessa Hudgens and Alex Pettyfer in the cast ensemble is Mary-Kate Olsen who takes the role of Kendra Hilferty.
Produced by Susan Cartsonis, the movie tells the story of a handsome rich kid with a mean streak. But after ditching a date, he is cursed and turned into everything he hates. With a new grotesque appearance, he is given the seemingly impossible task of finding true love in order to break off from the spell. CBS Films plans to release the film in U.S. theaters on July 30, 2010.
