Jaime Pressly is engaged one more time. A representative for the actress confirmed she is engaged to new boyfriend, entertainment lawyer Simran Singh. A wedding date is still to be determined though.

On Thursday, July 30, Jaime and her fiance Simran were spotted checking into San Diego's Hard Rock Hotel, where she reportedly informed one of her friends that she is engaged. A witness claimed to have overheard Jaime telling her friend, "Nobody really knows yet, but we just got engaged."

The following night, Jaime and Simran threw a party to celebrate her 32nd birthday. There were reportedly 50 of her closest friends attending the bash which was held at Float. The entourage partied at a private VIP cabana and were treated to her favorite red velvet cake.

"Jaime was showing off a huge diamond engagement ring on her left hand," a guest told People. "Girlfriends were coming up to her and they were all congratulating her on the engagement." The guest continued claiming that Jaime and Simran "were an adorable couple. They snuggled in a booth and Jaime even semi-laid down and had her head on his chest."

Jaime Pressly, who turned 32 years old on Thursday, was previously engaged to DJ Eric Cubiche. In November last year, she announced their separation after two years together. The pair has a two-year-old son named Dezi James Calvo.
