The father of Lindsay Lohan confirms that Gosselin is currently single and has no intention to embark on a love relationship with any women as he is concentrating on his kids and career.

Hot on the heels of Jon Gosselin's claim that he is dating neither Hailey Glassman nor former Star Magazine's reporter Kate Major, his close friend Michael Lohan has confirmed the reality TV star is single. "He's not with either one right now," the father of troubled actress-singer Lindsay Lohan tells People. "He's not concentrating on a relationship with any woman. He just wants to take a step back and deal with his family and his kids."
"He would love to be friends with her," Lohan opens up about Gosselin's relationship with estranged wife Kate Gosselin. "They had eight kids and he would like to work things out the right way and just be friends."
Furthermore, Lohan who is often seen hanging out with Gosselin lately also expresses his belief regarding the future of Gosselin's career in Hollywood showbiz. "A lot of opportunities are opening up for him. He's fantastic and upbeat and said that he just wanted to concentrate on his kids and his career and his life. It's overwhelming for him but he's handling it," he says.
Jon Gosselin is currently dealing with divorce battle with estranged wife Kate Gosselin. Notwithstanding the pair's separation, their reality TV show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" is still on. Most recently, the father of eight children confirmed to People that he is dating no one despite reports he is romancing Hailey Glassman and Kate Major. Branding Hailey as a good friend of his, Jon insists he has no romantic connection with Major.
