Jordin Sparks' brand new song 'S.O.S (Let the Music Play)' from her upcoming album 'Battlefield' has been unveiled.

A fresh material from Jordin Sparks' forthcoming second studio album "Battlefield" has arrived. Entitled "S.O.S (Let the Music Play)", the song reportedly will be released as the album's second single to follow up its title track which has been released since May.

The dance track samples a 1983 hit single of the same name which was once made famous by Shannon. "What's up girlfriend/ Something's going on/ You got a look about you/ Tell me what's wrong/ Is that your boyfriend dancin' with that girl on the dance floor," so part of the song's lyrics read.

Jordin Sparks' new album is scheduled to hit U.S. market on July 21, but it has been leaked on the Internet prior to the effort's release day. In response to the leak, Jordin tweeted, "Is SO angry right now. We give you promo copies for you to listen to. NOT to post all over the Internet. ... Sorry! It's just so frustrating! If it was up 2 me I wouldn't give copies. It's not my call. I get a few days b4 the album but 2 weeks!? Cmon!"

In the meantime, Jordin is on the road opening for Jonas Brothers. She will accompany Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas during the band's American leg which has been started at Cowboy New Stadium in Dallas, Texas on June 20.
