Rumor has it, Michael Jackson will be laid to rest at the Hollywood Hills location of Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuaries.

AceShowbiz - Hot on the heels of a confirmation made by Michael Jackson's family that plans are underway for public memorial service for the late singer, new speculation has just emerged regarding the possible venue to hold a funeral. Per E! News, funeral will likely be held at the Hollywood Hills location of Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuaries, where Michael's body currently is kept "in the freezer."

On Wednesday, July 1, a representative for Michael's family issued a public statement denying earlier reports that public and private memorial service for the King of Pop will be held later this week at Neverland Ranch estate in Santa Barbara, California. The representative confirmed, "Contrary to previous news reports, the Jackson family is officially stating that there will be no public or private viewing at Neverland. Plans are underway regarding a public memorial for Michael Jackson, and we will announce those plans shortly."

On the same day, Michael's will reportedly has been filed in a Los Angeles court. The documents, which were dated July 7, 2002, revealed that Michael appointed family attorney John Branca, accountant Barry Siegel, and music executive and longtime friend John McClain to serve as co-executors of the Michael Jackson Family Trust, an estate established to manage all of his assets.

Besides, Michael's will also confirmed that mother Katherine Jackson is the one given the custody of his three children; Prince Michael Jackson Jr., Prince Michael Jackson II, and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson. Michael's lifelong idol Diana Ross is named as guardian if Katherine dies or "is unwilling or unable" to act as guardian.
