AceShowbiz - Ana Ortiz, who portrays the role of Hilda Suarez in ABC's series "Ugly Betty", has given birth to a baby girl in New York City on Saturday, June 27. The bundle of joy, named Paloma Louise Lebenzon, was born at 4:25 P.M. and weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz. The infant is Ana's first child with her musician husband Noah Lebenzon.
Confirming the baby's birth is Ana's representative, who tells People exclusively that the actress "is elated and completely glowing" with the new addition into her family. The representative adds, "She is surrounded by her friends and family and so happy to be a mom. She is just really enjoying the moment. The baby is absolutely beautiful."
As of press time, Ana and her newborn baby girl reportedly have left the hospital and already got back home in Brooklyn. The proud new mother is also said to have received some gifts from her "Ugly Betty" co-stars.
Mark Indelicato, the teen actor who stars as Ana's on-screen son Justin Suarez in the hit TV series, has also sent his best wishes for her. He is quoted as telling People, "She will be an amazing mom. Ana has the biggest heart and she's so loving. She's also laidback and chill but at the same time she's forceful and knows how to discipline someone if she has to be. It's the perfect combination in being a great mom. She's done it with me a bunch of times when I got out of line. She's definitely my second mom."
