No criminal charges had been filed against Lily Allen though she's been photographed attacking a male paparazzo at a London road.

British pop singer Lily Allen, who is no stranger to controversy, has been photographed kicking and punching a paparazzo during an outing in London on Thursday, March 12. Lily apparently got mad at the male paparazzo after he accidentally drove into the back of her ride while he was chasing her down a London road in a bid to get her snaps.
Repeatedly kicking, punching, and screaming at the photographer, Lily soon thereafter was pulled away by her bodyguard. Eventually getting back to her car, Lily and her entourage then headed to a recording studio. Upon arriving at the scene, the songstress got mad at several other photographers and managed to throw a water bottle at one of them.
Pictures of Lily attacking the an unidentified paparazzo have been making their way all over the web, one of which is available for peek at Celebrity Mania. Though so, no criminal charges have been filed.
Attacking paparazzi isn't something new for Lily Allen. In June 2007, she was arrested by police after attacking a photographer outside a London nightclub.
