Usher says Chris Brown is lack of "remorse" when he was photographed jet skiing in Miami last week, while his battery case that involves Rihanna is not yet resolved.

Joining a range of Hollywood celebrities who address the battery case involving Chris Brown and Rihanna, Usher blames Chris for being photographed jet skiing in Miami last week while he is still placed under LAPD's investigation for allegedly beating Rihanna during their heated argument on February 8. Criticizing the 19-year-old performer, Usher takes to Jermaine Dupri's "Living the Life" series to express his thought.
"I'm a little disappointed in this photo," Usher says in a video for the series. "After the other photo [of Rihanna's bruised face posted by TMZ]? C'mon, Chris. Have a little bit of remorse, man. The man's on jet skis? Like, just relaxing in Miami?"
Usher is seen in the video alongside Jermaine and fellow singer/songwriter Johnta Austin, both of whom do not offer a single comment on Chris and Rihanna's alleged altercation though. The threesome appears in the video mainly to talk about a recent photo of Christina Milian. Usher and Dupri, in fact, are currently spending time in a recording studio working on Usher's new album.
Meanwhile, Chris Brown and Rihanna are reported to have left P. Diddy's Miami house, where their reunion took place, and have been staying at the Beverly Wilshire Beverly Hills hotel in Los Angeles. Chris is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday, March 5.
