Feeling devastated by what he has heard of Chris Brown allegedly attacking Rihanna, Kanye West says he wants to do anything to help Rihanna to get through the difficult time.

Chris Brown's alleged attack on Rihanna over the weekend has drawn various responses from fellow celebrities, one of whom is Kanye West who branded the incident that has dominated major media headlines for days as "so devastating." In an interview with Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show on Tuesday morning, February 10, he said, "I don't want to speak too much on it, but I was completely devastated by the concept of what I heard."
Sympathetic towards his former tour mate Rihanna, Kanye told Ryan, "I would do any and everything to help her in any situation." He revealed, "[Rihanna] has the potential to be, you know, the greatest artist of all time and, in that sense, I feel like [she is] my baby sis."
"I feel like, just as a person, I don't care how famous she is or even if she just worked at McDonald's, that should never happen. It should never come to that, to that place," Kanye added.
Also commenting on Chris' alleged assault on Rihanna was fellow music star T.I. who confirmed on Monday, February 9 during an interview on "Last Call with Carson Daly" that he has spoken to Chris following his brief arrest on Sunday, February 8. "He's a little concerned about the situation, but he's still the same Chris. I told him, 'This too shall pass'", T.I. said.
At time of writing, neither Chris nor Rihanna has commented on the alleged domestic violence felony battery accusation addressed to Chris. Their people also have not yet provided explanation on what is really going on between the two music stars.
