A representative for Geri Halliwell has confirmed that the singer and her boyfriend, Fabrizio Politi, are engaged, but they haven't set wedding date just yet.

Geri Halliwell and her new boyfriend Fabrizio Politi, apparently, won't waste time to take their union to the next level as it has been confirmed that they are engaged. "We are delighted to announce the engagement of Geri Halliwell and Fabrizio Politi," a representative for the singer and mother of one confirms.
The representative says further, "As a token of their commitment to each other Fabrizio presented Geri with an engagement ring over the festive season." The exact date on when the engagement took place hasn't been disclosed and "there are no immediate plans for marriage as the couple are enjoying their engagement," the representative adds.
According to reports, Geri Halliwell and Fabrizio Politi, who is an Italian yacht tycoon, first met at a Florence nightclub back in December last year. The twosome has been enjoying a whirlwind romance over the past few weeks, being photographed in Paris and Maldives.
Prior to dating Politi, Halliwell dated one of Spice Girls' dancer Ivan "Flipz" Velez. She ended her relationship with him over the phone in November 2008. Halliwell has one daughter, named Bluebell Madonna, from her relationship with ex-boyfriend, scriptwriter Sacha Gervasi.
