Celebrity lovers, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, have engaged, TMZ reports. The New England Patriots quarterback is said to have proposed to the supermodel on Christmas Eve on a private jet from New Jersey's Teterboro Airport to Boston.
TMZ, furthermore, states Tom had the private jet decked out with four dozen of white roses and champagne. Gisele's parents were also on board with the pair. Brady was reportedly nervous before he popped the question.
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen began dating in January 2007 after he broke up with another supermodel, Bridget Moynahan, with whom he has one son, named John Edward Thomas Moynahan.
In late October this year, it was reported that Tom was seen sneaking into Cartier in Beverly Hills and checking out a five-carat yellow diamond engagement ring with a 145,000 dollars price tag. Besides, rumors of him and Gisele planning a wedding reception at the legendary Tavern on the Green in Central Park had also emerged. Neither of them has ever denied or verified the flying rumors though.
