Celebrating the coming new year, MTV brings forward the third season of its popular TV show "America's Best Dance Crew." The dancing competition, which is hosted by Mario Lopez, is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, January 15.

Hip-hop artist Lil Mama, former member of NSYNC, JC Chasez, and hip-hop choreographer Shane Sparks, will all reprise their roles as the show's judges. Besides, the show will also have the same format with the previous two seasons.

Dancing teams will compete to win for audience's votes and the judges decide which of the two lowest-scoring crews has to be sent home. The winning crew will be presented with a $100,000 prize and join past winners JabbaWockeeZ and SuperCr3w as title holders.

Promising that the third season of its "America's Best Dance Crew" will be "the most physically demanding season yet," MTV says it will as well give new challenges for the crews. As for what the challenges are, the network has yet given a single clue.

"America's Best Dance Crew", produced by "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson, is a television show featuring street dance crews from across the United States. Also aired on MuchMusic in Canada, the show features British TV personality Layla Kayleigh as the backstage correspondent.
