'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' Having Gorilla-Like Devastator

Devastator, Autobots' enemy which is formed by several Constructicons, will be making its appearance in the 'Transformers' sequel.

AceShowbiz - Words are the coming in of Devastator in "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" has been confirmed. On Wednesday, September 10, Transformers fansite TFW2005 has let the information out sharing further the fact that the gigantic baddie will be having lots of upper body strength similar to a gorilla.

Other than that, the site also revealed that this destructive foe of Autobots will be formed by the merging of seven Constructicons, instead of six which is its original formation in the comic book series. Noting that Devastator will need seven construction vehicles to be built up, it further let out that the vehicles will not all colored in green, several of them will be having red and yellow colors. Additionally, TFW2005 wrote that the Long Haul concept art made by Josh Nizzi is legitimate.

A sequel to the hit 2007 film "Transformers" about two clashing robot clans on Earth, "Revenge of the Fallen" is scheduled to come out on June 26, 2009. Directed by Michael Bay, it will see Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro reprising their roles once again supported by a line of newcomers, including Isabel Lucas, Rainn Wilson and Matthew Marsden.

The story will be focused on the battle between Autobots and their new enemy, the Fallen. Faced with a stronger and more powerful villain, Autobots were forced to bring back their fallen foe, Megatron, in aiding them to defeat him. "Revenge of the Fallen" is scripted by Ehren Kruger, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci.
