Confirming his wife's pregnancy with their first child together, the actor even praised her as a good and loving mother for his three daughters from previous relationships.

Having had three children from previous relationships, Charlie Sheen is going to be a father for the fourth time. His wife, real estate investor Brooke Mueller, is pregnant with their first child together. Announcing the news Monday, August 25, the TV actor told the press "Brooke and I are thrilled!"
Expressing his praise for Mueller, Sheen said she's the best step mom for his three children; Sam and Lola, both of whom are his daughters with ex-wife Denise Richards, and Cassandra, his daughter with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt. "Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she'll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100 percent, perhaps a boy awaits us," so he added.
No word yet on Mueller's due date or how far along she is in her pregnancy. A family source, nevertheless, has been telling People that "Brooke found out for sure on Friday and is thrilled to death. Brooke loves Charlie very much and has wanted a baby for some time."
Sheen and Mueller tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony held at a private estate in the gated Los Angeles community of Beverly Park on May 30. They exchanged vows in front of about 70 close friends and family members.
The pregnancy news doesn't come as a major surprise for the couple as they have been talking about having kids soon after their wedding. Mueller even was quoted by TV show "Extra" in June as jokingly stating to be wanting triplets.
