Not having a curvier body like when she was still in her young age, the actress who's about to turn 30 years old next year reveals her regrets in an interview with Health magazine.

AceShowbiz - Slimming down to 18 pounds in just 10 weeks, as she previously claimed in an interview with US Weekly, Jennifer Love Hewitt keeps making more magazine appearances. Becoming the cover girl for Health magazine's September 2008 issue, she keeps talking about the same issue which is her body, revealing her regret for not going nude too often during her young age.
"I wish I had been nude from the time I was 12 until I was 28. I looked great!" she openly admitted. "I so wish I had listened to my mom and grandma when I was 18 and would complain about some little tiny bump or feeling bloated. They'd say, 'Sweetheart, appreciate it for all it's worth because it all changes when you get into your 30s.' I used to scoff and say, 'No, I feel fat today!' Now the joke's on me."
Dealing with weight issue, Hewitt has some advice for young generation everywhere, saying "I want to tell all young girls to walk around in bikinis all summer, because there will be that one day in your twenties when you'll eat a hamburger and actually see the hamburger on the side of your leg."
Getting back in shape following a diet and workout with her trainer, Hewitt admitted she's also doing yoga to keep her body fit. She at first considered the exercise "ridiculous" because she thought "I could have been at the grocery store or could have visited four of my friends during the time I was in a very stinky, sweaty room with a lot of people I don't know-and I'm miserable." But, she finally falls in love with it.
Spilling more details to the secrets of her physical beauty, she discussed several other issues, like drinking wine and using cosmetics cream. In an interview with the magazine, she additionally also talked about his relationship with actor fiance Ross McCall and opened up about their wedding plans.
