After many speculations surface on the press recently about his new album, Dr. Dre has finally revealed the details regarding his long awaited LP confirming that it will be dropped this year. Although he hasn't set the exact release date yet, the rapper/producer told the press that he plans to drop "Detox" in November or December.

Confirming about the time he will release his new record, Dre told USA Today, "In a perfect world, I'm shooting for a November or December release." He also believes that his new record would be a hit saying, "I'm just now-over the last couple of months-starting to feel that it's going to be right and it's something I can be proud of, and everybody is going to love it."

Moreover, Dre also revealed about the new feature on his upcoming LP which excited him the most. "We have an entirely new thing going with the drums that's incredible, and we're still developing that," Dre said.

Not only that, on the interview Dre also explained about the reason he took a long time to work on the new record saying, "I just make the music feel the way I want it to feel, and I don't put it out until I'm totally happy with it."

On "Detox", the rapper/producer has also confirmed some of the musicians that will help him on the record which are Nas, Jay-Z and Lil Wayne. Beside those musicians, according to reports there are also other famous names that are working with Dre on the new LP, such as Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent.
