Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey to Team Up Again, Remaking Goldie Hawn's Film

After playing together in 'Fool's Gold', the two times on-screen couple is more likely to pair up again in a remake of Goldie Hawn's movie, 'Foul Play'.

AceShowbiz - It seems that on-screen couple Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey could not get enough of each other. After co-starring in "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" and "Fool's Gold", words are the two are going to once again play in another opposite attraction-type of movie.

This time, the pair is said to be sharing the spotlight in a remake of "Foul Play", a Goldie Hawn and Chevy Chase-starrer 1978 comedy thriller about a shy San Francisco librarian and a bumbling detective who get entangled in a crime case and with each other. On the movie project, Hudson has confirmed that talks about modernizing the film have been started, but no writer has yet been signed.

Hudson and McConaughey was last seen playing together in a movie when their latest romantic comedy "Fool's Gold" hit in the theaters on February 8. The movie opened atop North American box office on its first weekend garnering $21.5 million and since then it has collected as much as $70.2 million nationwide and $110.4 million worldwide.
