Paul McCartney said that he found difficulty on writing lyrics that rhymes with the title of the new flick, 'Quantum of Solace'.

AceShowbiz - The possibility of Paul McCartney doing a Bond theme song is quite slim for the ex-Beatle has found difficulty in writing one. The 22nd and upcoming Bond movie has confused McCartney in terms of writing its lyrics because he cannot find the suitable rhymes for the flick's title, "Quantum of Solace".

McCartney penned "Live and Let Die" as the theme song for the 1973 Bond movie of the same name. "I don't envy whoever is going to do the song," he said. "I definitely wouldn't do it again. I've been trying to think of something that rhymes with solace and all I could come up with is Wallace."

Suggesting an alternative, McCartney pointed out the much-lauded candidate, Amy Winehouse. "I think Amy would be really good," he added.

Grammy-winning singer Winehouse has frequently received support as the perfect singer for the film's theme song. "Diamonds are Forever" singer Shirley Bassey even thought that nobody can equal Winehouse in terms of voice quality. "There aren't many female artists of her generation with such an unusual sound," Bassey said in a statement. "I can't think of anybody better to sing the Bond theme tune."

The 007 film starring Daniel Craig as James Bond is set to hit the theaters on November 7.
