Pamela Anderson has shot down reports she and husband Rick Solomon have signed a deal to star in a new reality TV show for E!

The former "Baywatch" star and her new husband Solomon were reported to be producing and starring in an as-yet-untitled series to debut in the spring of 2008 on the celeb-drenched cable channel which will follow them around Vegas as they balance their non-stop party life, while showing their family life with their children from their previous marriages.

However the busty blonde has dismissed the reports, wrote a posting on her Website saying, she had been considering it, but "only to promote, and have people see what it's like to create a show and be on stage starring in a big Vegas production."

She then went on writing, "The choices I have to make now are about quality of life. And meaning: Not about money or fame for no good reason."

Pammy recently completed a run in magician Hans Klok's stage production in Las Vegas. Late last month, she told USA Today she planned to quit her show business career within five years and heading back to her native Canada. "Five more years of [T&A], and I'll go back to Canada. I've got some land. It'll be time," so she said.
