Ashley Tisdale has confirmed she has just gotten a nose job, but not for cosmetic reasons.

AceShowbiz - Ashley Tisdale has confirmed that she already underwent a rhinoplasty procedure.
The "High School Musical" star has confirmed to People she got a nose job on Friday November 30th in Los Angeles for health reason.
Unlike many other Hollywood celebs who got nose job for cosmetics reasons, Ashley said she took the procedure because she had a deviated septum on the right side of her nose, a condition she claimed she's had since she was a kid.
"Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing," Ashley told People from her Los Angeles home Monday December 3rd. "The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose."
Ashley, who's still recovering from the five-hour procedure, then went on adding "I'm not feeling great today. It's uncomfortable and I hope this is the only time I ever have to go through something like this."
Ashley is expected to fully recover by the time "High School Musical 3" begins filming early next year. Co-stars Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron are all on board for the film as well.
