Hulk Hogan breaks his silence, filed a court filing in response to the divorce petition filed by estranged wife Linda Hogan.

In his counter-petition, filed Wednesday November 28th in Pinellas County Court in Florida, Hulk whose real name is Terry Bollea, contests Linda call for unspecified alimony and child support, as well as her bid for primary custody of son Nick Hogan.

It is stated in the document, Linda is capable of supporting herself and can help support 17-year-old Nick. What's more, he also stated that their assets, including two homes, and their liabilities should be divided equally between them, and that Nick, who is legally a minor until his 18th birthday in July, is old enough to decide whom he wants to live with.

Though so Hulk intends to continue covering the family with health insurance, his petition states.

Linda officially filed for divorce from Hulk, her husband of nearly 24 years, on November 20th. She's seeking alimony, shares of property and child support from him. She, additionally, also wants her home to be Nick's primary residence, with Hulk allowed liberal visitation.

Hulk, Linda, Nick and daughter Brooke Hogan have all starred for four seasons in the VH1 reality show "Hogan Knows Best," which chronicles the lives of the famous wrestler and his family.

Rumor has it that Hulk and Linda separated about a month after Nick's car accident. Words are mounting that the couple's divorce is just a ruse taken to protect their assets from John Graziano's family, who's planning to file a lawsuit against the Hogans concerning the car accident back in August that left their son in a coma.
