Key cast members like Dustin Hoffman and Natalie Portman were present as well as several guests such as celebrity siblings Spencer Breslin and Abigail Breslin

AceShowbiz - Blinding flashlights marked New York City's DGA Theatre as principal cast members and VIP guests came down to attend the world premiere of Fox-Walden's "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium" on Sunday, November 11, 2007.

From the former lineup, there spotted Dustin Hoffman, Natalie Portman, Jason Bateman, and 11-year-old Zach Mills, who plays Eric Applebaum, the Hat Collector in the drama fantasy. As the only lady in the pack, Portman made quite a bright appearance that day, dressed in a leggy hot pink mini-dress and metallic shoes while flashing her warm smile throughout.

Caught in the latter group were Miss Universe 2007 Riyo Mori as well as celebrity siblings Spencer Breslin and Abigail Breslin. The latter two cheerfully took time to pose together with Bullseye, the dog mascot of Target Corporation, the company presenting the starry event.

The first feature directorial effort of screenwriter Zach Helm, "Mr. Magorium's" is set to open in theaters this Friday, November 16, 2007 alongside motion-capture flick "Beowulf" and Mike Newell's romantic drama "Love in the Time of Cholera." Story follows Portman as a young pianist named Molly Mahoney who inherits a magical toyshop from her eccentric 243-year-old boss, Mr. Magorium.
