In promoting its upcoming heist comedy "Mad Money", Overture Films as the studio distributing the flick nationwide has collaborated with the California Lottery to partner in creating a movie-themed Scratchers game featuring the movie.

Images of the flick's three leading ladies Katie Holmes, Diane Keaton, and Queen Latifah will be printed on the special-edition tickets, which will be available at over 19,000 Lottery retail locations throughout the U.S. starting late this month. Through the tickets, you can have chance to not only win cash prizes ranging from $10 to $1,000 but also a slew of exciting second chance prizes.

Included as second chance draw prizes are a trip for two to the L.A. premiere for "Mad Money", "Mad Money" DVDs, and autographed "Mad Money" posters as well as a set visit for a future Overture Films production and a walk-on role for an upcoming movie.

"When people think of California, they think of Hollywood, which is why the California Lottery is thrilled to enter into a new partnership with friends in the movie industry, Overture Films," Lottery Director Joan Borucki stated. "'Mad Money' is a great tie-in for our products!"

The latest directional effort of Oscar-winning writer Callie Khouri, "Money" finds Keaton, Latifah, and Holmes as three female employees of the Federal Reserve who scheme to steal money that is about to be destroyed. Pic will hit domestic theaters on January 18, 2008 alongside those of adventure comedy "Fanboys" and J.J. Abrams-produced monster movie "1-18-08."
