Bernie Mac is the latest addition to the long list cast of the upcoming comedy flick "Old Dogs" that Walt Becker is directing for the Walt Disney Co.

The actor-comedian, best known for his own sitcom called "The Bernie Mac Show," is joining the film cast, including the likes of Robin Williams, John Travolta, Kelly Preston, Matt Dillon, and Rita Wilson just to name a few.

In the Disney's film project, Mac will play a children's entertainer named Johnny Lunchbox, who's described as "Elvis, Bono, and the Beatles all wrapped into one." He is also a very charismatic puppeteer.

As of the story, "Old Dogs" revolves around a divorced father of 6-year-old twins and his womanizing best friend/business partner who have their hands full when they're forced to care for the kids for two weeks.

Peter Abrams, Robert L. Levy, and Andrew Panay are all in hand to produce.
