This just in. Katie Holmes is planning to take legal action against a teenage porn star who allegedly changed her name to Katee Holmes, and to make matter worse, plans to lose her virginity onscreen.

The movie beauty is reportedly upset that the wannabe porn star is going by an almost identical moniker while planning to lose her virginity on film in a bid to kick start her career in porn.

While a representative for Holmes called it "a cheap shot," Katee reportedly insists the name is actually a "tribute" to Tom Cruise's wife "who has always portrayed an innocence in everything she's done, beginning with 'Dawson's Creek'."

A spokesperson for Cruise, meanwhile, said, "Obviously, Tom would support Katie in anything she decides to do about it." We'll be sure to let you know who's going to win the battle.
