With the release date of "Introducing Joss Stone" coming nearer, Joss Stone is preparing herself for the tour held in support of the album. It will start on April 27 in Mashantucket, Connecticut and roams all over North America until June 13 in Filene Center, Vienna, Va.

The album was recorded in Barbados and is due to out in March 20 via Virgins Records. Stone describes it as her 'piece of art'. "Truly me. That's why I'm calling it Introducing Joss Stone. These are my words, and this is who I am as an artist." Production has been taken by the acclaimed musician Raphael Saadiq and features singer Lauryn Hill and rapper Common.

Within the tour schedule Stone will also do "The Today Show" on NBC where she will perform some songs. Stone is a young singer with two albums in hands; "The Soul Sessions" (2003) and "Mind, Body & Soul" (2004). She is a Brit Award and Grammy Award winner and has sold over 9 million records worldwide.
