Britney Spears reunited on Saturday evening Feb 24th with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James at Promises, the rehab center she is being treated at.

Kevin Federline shows his support to estranged wife Britney Spears, taking their two sons together with him to visit their mom in Rehab.
Following Spears' check into rehab in late Wednesday night Feb 21st, K-Fed and their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, dropped by Saturday evening Feb 24th to offer their support. This is the second time that K-Fed has visited Britney within the past two days. He also checked in on the pop princess on Friday Feb 23rd.
"The kids are his number one priority and they always have been," a source said. "He's so stressed out right now. He only wants the best for Britney and the kids."
Spears checked into the Malibu facility for a second time last Wednesday, after checking in and back out earlier in the week. Prior to that, the pop tart briefly checked into Eric Clapton's Crossroads Center in Antigua earlier in the month.
