Spears was photographed in New York Thursday June 22rd, 2006 with newly dyed black hair in East Village.
The singer was spotted coming out of an office building in New York's East Village with son Sean Preston in tow and was flanked by security.
Again, this time Spears sparks controversy judging from the fact that some hair dyes contain chemicals that could cause birth defects. And she's pregnant with her second child, that's for everybody to notice.
