AceShowbiz - Both sides could finally take a sigh as they at last reached an amicable settlement. Colin Farrell and former girlfriend, Nicole Narain have both reached settlement in their legal battle over a sex tape they made together three years ago.
As apparent to public worldwide, Farrell once sued Narain, accusing her of trying to sell the tape to third party breaking their agreement to keep the tape for private viewing only. Thus, the actor then demanded general and compensatory damages, as well as the return of all copies of the tape to his possession.
And following a judge's decision to stop Narain from selling the footage, the onetime Playboy Playmate filed a motion asking that Farrell's lawsuit against her be dismissed, clearing the way for her to sell the tape. However, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elihu Berle rejected her request.
But for now on, "We were able to completely resolve it. The terms are confidential," Narain's attorney, Leodis Matthews revealed. The trial in the matter is scheduled to begin July 21 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
