AceShowbiz - After missing Thursday's concert on the American Idols Live! tour, Bo Bice had to undergo an emergency surgery in Las Vegas on Friday to remove a blockage in his intestines. Although there was no official statement from the promoters of the tour concerning the singer's health, a posting on the Website for his band, Sugarmoney, mentioned that the operation was successful. However, Bice at least has to rest for six weeks, which could mean that he wouldn't return to the Idols Live! tour.
