A C-H-P spokesman reports that Channing blood-alcohol tests were point-12 and point-13 above the legal limit of point-of-eight.

For the charge, Channing was then put in jail for nearly three hours and then released without bail before she is scheduled to appear for an arraignment on 9 February, 2005.
