In the heartfelt and often hilariously misguided comedy "The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter," legendary outdoorsman Buck Ferguson, played by Josh Brolin, is determined to pass on his cherished family tradition. His latest expedition, however, is his most personal yet: a weekend hunting trip with his estranged 12-year-old son, Jaden (Montana Jordan), in hopes of bonding and creating a lasting memory.
