Teenage secret agent Cody Banks, played by Frankie Muniz, is back and his latest mission is a transatlantic disaster. After a training exercise goes spectacularly wrong, Cody is given one last chance to prove himself by partnering with the bumbling veteran agent, Derek, portrayed by Anthony Anderson. Their assignment sends them to London to investigate a sinister mind-control device targeting world leaders at an international youth summit. Cody must go undercover as a gifted musician to infiltrate the prestigious event, where he forms an unexpected alliance with a fellow student, played by Hannah Spearritt. This action-packed comedy from director Kevin Allen pits the unlikely duo against a cunning adversary, forcing Cody to rely on his wits, his gadgets, and his chaotic new partner to save the day. With the fate of global security in the hands of a teenager and a clown, the mission becomes a hilarious race against time filled with mishaps, mayhem, and high-stakes espionage.
