Rottnoir
In this tightly coiled mystery that unfolds in just five minutes, director Didier Jacques-Gerbaz crafts a shadowy noir ...
In the fiercely competitive world of figure skating, two champions become the sport's most infamous outcasts. After a violent on-ice brawl at the World Championships, the arrogant, flamboyant Chazz Michael Michaels Will Ferrell and his prissy, perfectionist rival Jimmy MacElroy Jon Heder are stripped of their gold medals and banned from men's singles competition for life. Years later, a desperate loophole is discovered: while they cannot skate alone, nothing prohibits them from competing together. Forced into an uneasy and hilariously dysfunctional partnership, the polar opposites must set aside their mutual hatred to form the world's first male-male figure skating pair. Directed by Josh Gordon and Will Speck, this uproarious comedy pits the bickering duo against the vicious reigning sibling champions, the conniving Van Waldenbergs Will Arnett and Amy Poehler, as they stumble, spin, and soar toward an unlikely shot at redemption on the glittering ice.
