Formed in 2010 in the Flatbush neighborhood of New York City, the group consists of rappers Meechy Darko and Zombie Juice, with Erick Arc Elliott serving as both a rapper and the trio's primary producer. Their raw, unapologetic style, characterized by dark, lyrical imagery and boom-bap-inspired production infused with psychedelic elements, quickly garnered a dedicated following through the digital underground.

The group's rise was propelled by a series of well-received mixtapes, beginning with "D.R.U.G.S." in 2012, which introduced their signature chaotic energy and philosophical musings. They further solidified their cult status with the 2013 mixtape "BetterOffDEAD," a project celebrated for its cohesive, horror-core aesthetic and intricate production from Erick Arc Elliott.
