The Boy (2016) is an American horror film directed by William Brent Bell and written by Stacey Menear. The film stars Lauren Cohan, Rupert Evans, and James Russell. The film was released in the United States on January 22, 2016, by STX Entertainment.
In the film, a young American nanny is hired to care for a lifelike doll in a remote English village. However, she soon begins to suspect that the doll is not what it seems.
The following clip from the film shows the nanny, Greta (Cohan), playing with the doll, Brahms. As they play, Greta begins to notice strange things happening around her. The clip ends with Greta being startled by a noise, and the doll's eyes opening.
