AceShowbiz - Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were slammed for remaining mum on the drama following the release of Omid Scobie's new biography. A source close to the British royal family urged the couple to speak out after King Charles III and Princess Kate Middleton were named as the "racist royals" in the Dutch edition of "Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy's Fight for Survival".

"For the couple that talked about 'death by a thousand no comments,' the silence at this point is deafening," the source told Daily Mail. It was also said that Prince William demanded an action as his wife was accused as one of the royals who were allegedly concerned about Archie's skin color before he was born.

In other news related to the royal family, it's said that Kensington Palace are considering "all options," including taking a legal action, in the wake of the ordeal. "Discussions are being had, and we'll continue those discussions this week," a source told The Telegraph in a report published on Saturday, December 2. The source added, "Conversations will be had and decisions made with care and time and professionalism rather than rushed over a weekend."

The new reports came after it was revealed that Harry and Meghan are snubbed by longtime pal Hugh Grosvenor, the Duke of Westminster. According to the Sunday Times, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are not among the guest list for Hugh's wedding to Olivia Henson in June.

"It's incredibly sad it has come to this," said a friend of Harry and Hugh, who is one of the godparents to the couple's son Prince Archie. As for the reason, the insider explained, "[Hugh] wanted to avoid anything overshadowing the day, especially for Olivia and doesn't want any awkwardness."

"Hugh is one of very few close friends of William and Harry's who has maintained strong bonds and a line of communication with both. He wishes they could put their heads together and patch things up, but realizes it's unlikely to happen before the wedding," the source continued.

In response to the report, a spokesperson for Hugh said in a statement to PEOPLE, "We are not in a position to comment on the guest list." Hugh and Olivia are scheduled to change vows at Chester Cathedral, in northwest England on June 7.
