Josh Gad Recruits Chris Pratt, J.J. Abrams and More to Get 'Star Wars' Spoilers From Daisy Ridley
Movie

The 'Frozen' voice actor can't wait until December to know the story of the upcoming 'Star Wars' movie, so he gathers Hollywood stars to help him interrogate the British actress for spoilers.

AceShowbiz - Josh Gad tried to use his friendship with Daisy Ridley to dig some spoilers about "Star Wars: The Last Jedi". The 35-year-old actor is currently filming "Murder on the Orient Express" with the British actress and he has been sharing on Instagram several clips of him begging Daisy for spoilers for the past week.

Josh uploaded a look at his latest attempt on Monday, February 20 and captioned it, "This has been a battle of attrition. #daisyridley has been a force to be reckoned with. In many ways she is the Vader to my Luke or the Taylor to my Katy. But like any good opponent, I have tried to outmaneuver her at every turn. This will be her final judgement. May the force be with her, because kids, she is going to need it. All I ask is that you don't ruin the surprise for others. #TheLastJedi #starwars #broughtsomefriendsalongfortheride @disney @starwars @penelopecruzoficial @prattprattpratt @brycedhoward @colintrevorrow @leslieodomjr @lucyboynton1 @brycedhoward @derek.connolly #tombateman @jjabramsofficial."

The clip begins with Josh inviting Daisy to his home, assuring her that he has no more questions about the upcoming "Star Wars" movie. "I have no more questions," Josh says, before adding, "They do." The camera later pans to the room packed with Leslie Odom Jr., Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Penelope Cruz, Lucy Boynton, scriptwriter Colin Trevorrow and director J.J. Abrams inside.

The stars later bombard Daisy with questions about Supreme Leader Snoke. Colin even says, "Anything you could tell us would be helpful?" Bryce later chimes in, "Did the heels of your boots ever get stuck in the grates of the Millennium Falcon?" The clip ends with J.J. Abrams, the director of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens", asking, "Does Luke finally get to say any lines in episode eight? Please tell me Daisy," which leads Daisy to crack a smile.

While his friends are busy asking Daisy "Star Wars"-related questions, Chris takes that opportunity to promote his upcoming movies instead. "I'm in 'Guardians of the Galaxy' ['Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2']," he states on his first turn. He later promotes his other film on her second turn, " 'Jurassic World' ['Jurassic World 2'] opens June 2018."

A week ago, Josh even recruited Judi Dench, who also stars in "Murder on the Orient Express", to interrogate Daisy. Along with the hilarious clip, Josh wrote, "‪I enlisted help today in my quest to get the truth from #DaisyRidley #LastJedi #DontRunFromYourFateDaisy #DameJediKnight."

‬"Josh, I'm not answering any of your Star Wars questions," said Daisy as the clip showed her bumping into Josh on the filming set. The "Frozen (2013)" voice actor answered, "No, Daisy, you're not. You're answering her 'Star Wars' questions," as the camera panned to Judi, who sat with a serious expression.

The veteran actress asked, "Have you been tested for midi-chlorians? Is Snoke Palpatine? Are you the last Jedi?" Since Daisy gave her no response, Judi added, "Why don't you answer my damn questions?"

Directed by Rian Johnson, "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is scheduled to hit theaters across the nation on December 15.
