On January 26, Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood was packed with top-notch stars as the event attracted not only the film's cast but also celebrity guests, such as Joe Jonas and Jodie Foster.
Promoting "Edge of Darkness", Warner Bros. Pictures has held a premiere of the film on Tuesday, January 26. Taking place at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California, a lot of guests hit the black carpet which was rolled out in front of the building that night.
Lead actor Mel Gibson showed up at the special screening with the companion of his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. His co-stars Ray Winstone, Danny Huston, Shawn Roberts and Bojana Novakovic were all pictured at the event. Other cast including Caterina Scorsone, David Aaron Baker, Frank Grillo, Gbenga Akinnagbe and Jay O. Sanders, as well as director Martin Campbell and producer Graham King also did not miss the event.
Moreover, the premiere has member of Jonas Brothers Joe Jonas and veteran actress Jodie Foster among the attendees. They were joined by other celebrity guests such as Maria Menounos, Antonio Sabato Jr., Trevor Donovan, Lance Bass, Italia Ricci and Robbie Amell.
"Edge of Darkness" follows Mel Gibson's Thomas Craven, a homicide detective for the Boston Police Department who tries to find the truth behind the murder of his activist daughter Emma. During his investigation, Thomas uncovers not only her secret life but also a corporate cover-up and government collusion. His discoveries attract an agent tasked with cleaning up the evidence. This drama thriller will open wide in U.S. theaters on January 29.
