BFFs Demi Moore and Madonna Throwing Exclusive Oscar Bash

The New York City Department of Health's Hepatitis-A-shot alert for her and the celebrity guests she invited to help celebrating her husband Ashton Kutcher's 30 birthday back on February 7, apparently, would not stop Demi Moore from partying. She along with BFF Madonna reportedly are throwing exclusive Oscar bash.

The Madonna/Moore party will be held in a home in the Westside hills and will begin around 9 P.M., Variety reports. As of now, the guest list is a few hundred people long, but is expected to grow.

"Everybody's on it. It gives the A-list Vanity Fair crowd someplace to go to. It will probably be pared down to where it's talent, not a lot of suits," Variety quoted one person who's seen the guest list as saying.

This year Academy Awards, which will be the 80th, is scheduled to take place February 24 at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. The gala event will be hosted for the second time by comic host Jon Stewart. The presentation will be televised live in more than 200 countries worldwide, while ABC will air the show starting from its red carpet arrivals at 5 P.M.
