Wiz Tech is forced to close since a whole lot of plastic balls have mysteriously appeared, and we find out plastic is a weakness to wizards, so it is up to Justin to save Wiz Tech from closing. The Russo family agree to take in Professor Crumbs and some of Wiz Tech's students, including fellow student Ronald, who quickly develops a magical connection with Alex. Ronald's dad is evil and he tries to prove to Alex and Justin that he is not as evil as his dad. Max teaches Professor Crumbs how to assimilate into the mortal world and Justin saves the day by finding the solution to reopen Wiz Tech. Ronald turns into Dean and puts the real Dean in a blob of Jelly. Ronald acts like Dean and breaks up with Alex and invites her to stay with him in Wiz Tech school. Alex agrees.
