With their father's life on the line, the Suarez sisters seem to be drifting apart, rather than working together to take care of him. Between her high-stress job, her expensive apartment and her family drama, we can already tell something's about to give with our bumbling Betty.

Ignacio returns home from the hospital after his quadruple bypass surgery. This leaves Betty and Hilda to care for him, so Betty makes a to-do list for her sister to handle while she's at work.

Meanwhile, Daniel and Molly are back in New York after taking a sunny vacation together over the holidays. They make a pact not to tell Connor that they're together, because they think he's "all alone." Unbeknownst to them, Connor spent two weeks in the Swiss Alps with Wilhelmina.

After returning to the office, Wilhelmina gives Betty photos of the Halston dress from the shoot to leak to Suzuki St. Pierre. That's when Daniel notices that Wili has a "goggle tan," after her ski trip-and so does Connor! So much for discretion. They both lie to Daniel and say they were in separate locations for the holidays. Later, they make a similar pact to keep their romance a secret.

Hilda lands a gig doing hair for one of Justin's classmates and 14 of her friends, for a Quinceanera party. But Betty's concerned her sister is neglecting taking their dad to the family physician, Dr. Steve. That's when Claire Meade arranges to have Ignacio examined by Dr. Farber-the "finest cardiologist in New York"-who just happens to work in the Meade Wing of Stuyvesant Memorial. We can already feel the tension building between these two strong-willed sisters.

When Betty goes to the house to tell Hilda the good news, she discovers that nothing on the list she left for her sister got done. The two sisters get into a verbal throw-down, and Betty says she'll just take care of her father on her own-somehow. Oh, boy. This isn't gonna end well.

Claudette, Klaus and Klaus-representatives from a high-class Swiss watch company-arrive early for a meeting with Wilhelmina. However, she's, uh, "preoccupied" with Connor in her office. Marc tries to distract them, but the clients end up leaving.

Betty accidentally sends Daniel and Molly's vacation photos to Suzuki St. Pierre, instead of the Halston photos. Oops! Daniel naturally freaks out on the phone with Betty, and she leaves her dad at the hospital while he's having tests run to get the incriminating images back.

Unfortunately, Suzuki refuses to return the pics. Enter Amanda, who tells Betty that Suzuki's ex, Fabien, works at Meade. Can they dig up enough dirt from him to blackmail the Fashion Buzz reporter into giving back the pics?

Yes! Amanda's plan turns out to be a success when Fabien gives Betty an address in New Jersey, and Betty drags Daniel to it. They discover that "Suzuki" is actually named Byron Woo, and is married-to a woman!-and has kids. Betty and Daniel successfully use the info to get the disc of photos back.

Claudette and the two Klauses return to the Mode office to meet with Wilhelmina and Connor, but once again, they're off having sex. Geez, it's a magazine, not a motel, you two! Marc saves the day by giving the proposal.

Elsewhere, although they dodged a bullet with their vacation photos, Daniel and Molly discover that a paparazzi shot of the two of them ended made Page Six, because they were walking behind Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt on the beach. We hate it when that happens to us, too.

Betty goes back to the hospital only to discover that Ignacio is gone. Dr. Farber tells her he has no idea where her dad went, but his tests turned out perfect. Hilda's ticked! "He was already fine until you came in and decided we have to take him to some fancy Manhattan doctor," she yells at Betty. "You got me scared for no reason!"

Hilda then tells Betty that for all her lecturing, she wasn't even there when their dad got rushed to the hospital. Justin calls Hilda and says Ignacio is safe at home.

Later, Ignacio tells his daughters that he's hiring a nurse to take care of him, to ease some of the burden put on his daughters.

But in the end, in a heartbreaking moment, Betty tells Amanda she's moving out because her family needs her.
