Synopsis

Lindsey (guest star Michaela McManus) returns to Tree Hill for Jamie's (guest star Jackson Brundage) fifth birthday party, giving Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) hope for their relationship.

Brooke (Sophia Bush) and Peyton (Hilarie Burton) prepare for life with a new baby.
