Synopsis

Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) receives an unlikely visitor -- his supposedly dead Uncle Keith (guest star Craig Sheffer).Haley's (Bethany Joy Galeotti) life and the life of her unborn child are threatened when she experiences serious complications with her pregnancy and Nathan (James Lafferty) wrestles with the guilt and consequences of his dealings with Daunte (guest star Rick Fox, "Oz").

Dan (Paul Johansson) tries to make amends for Keith's murder.

Peyton (Hilarie Burton) and Brooke (Sophia Bush) try to patch up their differences.
